The official FBI website provides statistics for reported crime in the United States. In 2008 there were 16,272 Murders, 89,000 Forcible rapes and 441,855 robberies reported.
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution gives Americans the right to have and bear arms. These weapons are significantly safer than traditional firearms, however no weapon can be entirely non-lethal and no weapon can be made entirely safe.

Irritant agents options
